QUETTA, Jan 21: The chief justice of Balochistan High Court, Raja Fayyaz Ahmed, has emphasized upon the police officials to fulfil all legal requirements and collect concrete evidences against suspects before submitting case against them so that they could not dodge the court by getting the benefit of doubt.
