GWADAR: The body of a student of Turbat University was found in a dam in the Panjgur area of Makran on Tuesday. He had received one bullet on his body.

Levies officials said the student, identified as Asad Munir, belonged to the Tusp area of Panjgur district. He went for picnic along with his friends to the Gomazaeen dam area, but did not return home.

The family informed Levies about his disappearance. Levies personnel launched a search and found the body floating in the dam. The body was shifted to Panjgur district hospital, where doctors said he had received one bullet on his body which caused his death.

The deceased was a close relative of leader of the Balochistan National Party-Awami Haji Mohammad Akbar Baloch.

Levies registered a case and started investigation.
