LAHORE: Pakistan cricket team’s former captain Shoaib Malik’s car on Sunday had an accident outside the National High Performance Centre (NHPC) near the Qaddafi Stadium.

The cricketer was coming out of the NHPC in his sports car when he lost control and it rammed into a truck parked outside a restaurant. Mr Malik remained unhurt while his car suffered damage on its front side.

Shoaib Malik’s manager Arslan Shah told Dawn that the cricketer was safe and remained unhurt in the accident. He said Mr Malik could not see the truck on the road due to fog and his car hit it.
