One Unit Club triumph

KARACHI: One Unit Club edged past Arambagh Club in 50-42 a thrilling contest in the ongoing fifth Essa Lab Basketball tournament at Arambagh-Abdul Nasir courts on Saturday evening.

Tashfaen Zaidi was the architect of victory as he scored 20 points and was declared man-of-the-match. He was well assisted by Athar Rana (13 pts) and Talal Ahmed (10).

For Arambagh Club the leading scorers were Saad Salahuddin (12 pts), Asad Hafeez (10) and Yash Kumar (10).

Nayyar Jabeen, GM Marketing Essa Lab was the chief guest on the occasion. The tournament is being organised by KBBA in collaboration with PSWA.
