KARACHI: Experienced Omega Club overcame stiff challenge from Usman Club to win 58-49 in a thrilling game played in the 5th Essalab Basketball tournament which resumed here at the Arambagh-Abdul Nasir courts on Saturday morning.
Taimur Zaheer was brilliant on the court and scored 28 points to lead the winners to glory. He was assisted by Asad Alvi (15 pts) and Anas Azhar (12 pts).
For the runner-up, the main scorers were Hasan Iqbal (16 pts), Faizan Yousuf (13 pts) and Mohammad Faizan (12 pts).
