KARACHI: PMA holds evaluation test

KARACHI, Oct 1: The Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) Science and Health Council held the 9th Proficiency Evaluation Test (PET-2005) on Saturday at 11 different centres all over the country.

Some 623 medical students including 97 from Karachi appeared in the test.

PMA is organizing this test on annual basis in all the major cities of Pakistan.

The result of this year test will be announced on Nov 15. Top ten students will be awarded with prize and all students with more than 60 per cent marks will receive certificates of appreciation.

The PMA Science and Health Council is also organizing a paper writing competition among the junior doctors working in teaching hospitals of the country.—PPI
