TOBA TEK SINGH: A doctor and two paramedics of the Toba DHQ Hospital tested positive for Covid -19 on Sunday.

According to a health official, DHQ hospital’s outdoor patients department (OPD) had been closed since the three performed duties there in recent days.

He said more than 60 suspected Covid patients had been admitted to the DHQ’s isolation wards. Three patients with critical condition had been shifted to hospital’s intensive care unit.

Meanwhile, Farhan Shabbir, a young man belonging to Pirmahal’s Masjid Block, was shifted to Faisalabad Allied Hospital’s isolation ward on Sunday after he tested positive for Covid -19 on Saturday night.
