KARACHI: Justice Hafeez Memon dies

KARACHI, Sept 29: Former Chief Justice of Sindh High Court, Mr Justice (retd) Abdul Hafeez Memon, died of cardiac arrest here on Thursday evening. The funeral prayers for the late Justice Memon, who was also president of the United Memon Jamat of Pakistan, will be offered at Masjid-i-Usman, Clifton, on Friday at 11 am.

Meanwhile, Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan on Thursday expressed condolences over the demise of Justice (retd) Abdul Hafeez Memon.

He prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and fortitude to the bereaved family.
