ISLAMABAD: Easypaisa users can now conveniently pay their vehicle token tax using its user-friendly mobile application for vehicles registered with Punjab, Islamabad or Sindh excise departments making the process less time consuming.

After generating their payment slip ID (PSID) from the excise department’s online portal, customers can pay using the mobile app without any additional charges.

Instead of gathering with people whilst waiting in long queues, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, customers through the app can pay in minutes from the comfort of their homes.

In order to bring digital financial services to the citizens, Easypaisa is making effort towards creating a seamless experience for existing and potential customers across the country.

This step by provincial governments and their associated excise departments is the first towards digitising all government payments across Pakistan.

With the financial technology (FinTech) revolution underway in the country, such initiatives help in facilitating users across the country in embracing the shift towards safe and secure digital payments.
