KARACHI, Jan 19: Javaid Akhtar Kiyani and Syed Ahmed Ali Shah were elected as president and general secretary of Karachi City Shooting Ball Association for the year 2002-2004.
According to a press release, issued Saturday, the elections were held at Drig Sports ground under the supervision of members, Provincial Election Committee, Sindh Shamim Qureshi and Malik Atta under the directives of Pakistan Sports Board.
The other office bearers, elected included Shah Jehan (senior vice president), Mairaj Ahmed Shaikh and Muhammad Rasheed Mughal (vice presidents), Ayaz Ahmed (joint secretary), Muhammad Ajmal (treasurer) and Pervaiz Akram (press secretary).—APP
