HUB, Jan 19: The Government Teachers Association of the Lasbela district on Saturday threatened to launch an agitation movement if the government did not fulfil their demands.

This was decided during a meeting, presided over by Mohammad Rafiq Baloch, the newly-elected chairman of the association.

The meeting observed that the government had closed all the ways of promotion of teachers and other government employees by putting a ban on selection grade and moveover.

GTA office-bearers said they would be a part of the agitation movement to be held in March if the government failed to restore their 40 per cent allowances.
