Minister seeks return of Pakistani workers to Saudi Arabia

ISLAMABAD: Saudi Ambassador Nawaf Bin Said Al-Maliki called on federal Minister of Communications and Postal Services Murad Saeed at the ministry of communications on Wednesday and discussed with him different bilateral issues, including the matter related to Pakistani nationals who have returned to the country from Saudi Arabia during Covid-19 pandemic.

According to an official press release, the minister while thanking the kingdom for hosting the largest diaspora of Pakistanis requested for early return of the Pakistani nationals to Saudi Arabia where they had been working for years.

Mr Saeed congratulated the Saudi ambassador on the national day of Saudi Arabia and conveyed his good wishes to the leadership of the kingdom.
