KARACHI: Muttahida’s MPA dies

KARACHI, Sept 22: Dr Ali Bin Hamid Zaidi, an MQM member of the Sindh Assembly, died after protracted illness at the Aga Khan Hospital on late Wednesday night. He was 47.

He had been suffering from Hepatitis C for about three years. Last year he had gone to London and the United States for treatment. After returning from the US, he had been under treatment at the Aga Khan Hospital for the last few months.

His funeral prayer was held at Masjid Khairul Amal, Ancholi Society, FB Area, after Maghribain prayers and he was buried in the night.

He has left behind a wife, a son, mother and four sisters.
