KARACHI: Syed Mustafa Kamal and Anis Kaimkhani have been re-elected chairman and president of the Pak Sarzameen Party, respectively, for another four years in intra-party polls held to fulfil the requirements of the Election Commission of Pakistan.

The party had set up its own election commission to conduct an “impartial and transparent” intra-party election. PSP workers elected the party’s new central executive committee as well as the national council.

According to the results issued by the PSP, Hassan Sabir has been elected as party’s secretary general while Ashfaq Mangi elected as senior vice chairman.

Syed Hafeezuddin, Arshad Vohra, Attaullah Kurd and Shabbir Kaimkhani have been elected as vice chairmen; Aasia Ishaque as information secretary; Shakir Ali as finance secretary; Iftikhar Alam as senior joint secretary, Naila Latif as joint secretary.
