CHANGA Manga is famous and one of the oldest hand-planted forests in the world. It hosts a large variety of flora and fauna. There is a splendid Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab restaurant there.

This is a beautiful resort in eco-friendly environment of Changa Manga forest. There is a recreation park with a mini-train that provides visitors a ride through the forest. This is one of the main sources of revenue for the Punjab government.

But tourists and commuters face problems in reaching there. It takes two hours to cover a distance of 80km from Lahore to this place. This is unfortunate, because the road connecting Multan Road to Changa Manga has been completely ruined.

Moreover, road accidents occur daily. Although a road for two-way traffic from Chunian, Changa Manga to Multan Road was to be built, the work has stopped for the last couple of years.

The authorities concerned should pay attention to this project so that people can travel safely and quickly.
