SIALKOT: The Kashmiri leader, Sh. Mohammad Abdullah, has lodged a strong protest with the puppet Sadiq Government on the recrudescence of fresh cases of mysterious fires which burnt three persons to death and destroyed 23 houses in a village near Srinagar on Aug 6, says a report reaching here from across the cease-fire line.

The report added that Sh. Abdullah has expressed grave concern over this act of violence by the Jan Sanghia in a letter address to the puppet Chief Minister of occupied Kashmir, G.M. Sadiq. The Kashmiri leader has described the fire cases as a miserable failure of the state “Government” to restore peace and order and normal life in the state.

He said it was extremely sad that the puppet Government had not felt its responsibility to give due protection to life and property of the people. He added that it was all due to the inefficiency and insincerity of the Sadiq administration which had failed to apprehend the culprits who were bringing untold miseries to the people of the state for no fault of theirs. He said that the miscreants had made secret plans to create lawlessness in the Valley.

The Kashmiri leader demanded a thorough probe into the fire incidents. — Agency
