Jahangir and Arsalan shine

KARACHI, Sept 17: Fine knocks by Arsalan Javed and Jahangir Shah inspired Qadri Secondary School to a convincing 119-run victory over Aziz-i-Millat School in the KCCA Inter-school cricket tournament on Friday.

Arsalan (96, eight fours) and Jahangir (71, six fours) guided Qadri School to 247 for eight in 50 overs. Jahangir then took three for 40 with his off-spinners as Aziz School were bowled out for 128.

In another match, Karachi Secondary School scored a close 15-run win against Zeeshan Secondary School.
