MY State Life Whole Life Assurance policy (number 501042643) matured about a year ago, which I want to encash. I have tried my level best writing letters, making phone calls, etc., to State Life, but all efforts have failed.

Despite my age and coronavirus-related restrictions, I even took the risk and appeared personally before State Life officers to help them verify. It was two months ago, and this too has not helped.

Can anyone in State Life help this 79-year-old and oblige?
