MARDAN, Sept 15: Police have failed to locate a senior divisional officer (SDO) of Pesco, who went missing on Tuesday. His mother and child specialist Dr Chamanara said unidentified persons had kidnapped her innocent son.

The family was preparing for his wedding, but just before two days he had gone missing, she said.

Zain, she said, was an extremely sympathetic person. He donated Rs2,000 monthly to a local orphanage, Dr Chamanara said and expressed concern over the law and order in the area.

She has appealed to President Pervez Musharraf to help get her son back.
