Mohyuddin joins PML

LAHORE, Sept 15; Former District Nazim candidate Hafiz Ghulam Mohyuddin has joined the Pakistan Muslim League after getting his son Nadeem declared the government-supported candidate for Ravi Town Naib Nazim. Addressing a press conference at the Lahore Press Club here on Thursday the Citizen Movement Chairman, who claimed to enjoy the support of President General Pervez Musharraf for his election as District Nazim, said that he had already called on Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and conveyed his decision to leave the Pakistan Peoples Party and join the PML.—Reporter
