MULTAN: Fighting coronavirus, Nishtar Medical University Vice Chancellor Dr Mustafa Kamal Pasha was put on ventilator on Saturday night after his condition deteriorated.

Pasha who tested positive for Covid-19 on June 14, went into isolation at his house. Later, he was admitted to an isolation room of a private hospital.

“Dr Pasha was put on ventilator but now he is improving,” said Dr Ahmed Ijaz Masood, the pro-vice chancellor of the university.
