FST stays dismissal of 6 lecturers

ISLAMABAD, Sept 14: Federal Service Tribunal (FST) has issued stay order against dismissal of six lecturers. Sujjahuddin, Shakoor, Sohail Mughal, Sabiha, Mehmoona and Tasneem were working for the last 12 to 15 years in model college, Islamabad on ad hoc basis. However, the department dismissed them from service.

Sheikh Riazul Haq advocate had filed an appeal in the service tribunal in this respect. Taking note of the appeal, Federal Service Tribunal has issued stay order and ordered restoration of service.—Online
