PESHAWAR, Sept 13: The NWFP governor with the approval of the president has directed that the small claims and minor offences courts ordinance, 2002, as in force in the NWFP shall apply to the provincially administered tribal areas (Pata) of the NWFP with immediate effect. A notification to this effect was issued here on Tuesday.—PPI
