LAHORE: An employer subjected to torture a teenage maid over some minor mistakes in Defence B area here on Tuesday.
Kishwar (14) suffered deep wounds on upper part of her head when the employer allegedly tortured her with a hard object. He also removed hair from a part of her head as a punishment besides lodging a theft case in the local police station.
Kishwar’s brother Faryad told the police that Imran and his wife used to torture Kishwar over petty mistakes. He alleged that the employer was influential and police officials were reluctant to take action against him.
