Communications Minister Murad Saeed while responding to PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari's criticism of the federal government asked him about the rations that the Sindh government planned to give out to residents.

"You promised rations to so many in Sindh, what happened to that?" he questioned at a press conference.

Comparing the efforts of the Centre and Sindh to fight the Covid-19 pandemic, he said the PTI-led governments have recently shut down many markets and businesses that were not following SOPs and that the country's testing capacity is "constantly increasing".

"Can [Bilawal] point to a single thing that the Sindh government has done to prevent the spread of the virus in the province?" Saeed asked.
