Night races at Lahore

LAHORE, Sept 10: Horse-racing in floodlights at the Lahore Racecourse would now become a permanent feature as long as weather conditions permit. This was stated by a Lahore Race Club (LRC) senior steward, Brig Aihjaz Hussain while talking to Dawn on Friday. Brig. Hussain said that the introduction of night racing under floodlights was a unique feature in the history of Pakistan horse-racing.—A.G.
