Karachi Corps Commander visits PIA head office

KARACHI, Sept 10: Corps Commander Lt-Gen Syed Athar Ali visited the PIA head office here to see the facilities of the national carrier, said an announcement on Saturday. PIA Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Tariq Kirmani received the corps commander and also briefed him on the functioning of PIA.

The corps commander also visited the PIA engineering and training centre to see the simulator facility.

Mr Kirmani also presented a souvenir to the corps commander.—APP
