Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Health Dr Zafar Mirza said that Pakistan's coronavirus situation was improving as compared to other countries, reported Radio Pakistan.

Briefing the media in Islamabad, he said that countries across the world are easing lockdown restrictions to ensure the smooth functioning of their economies.

He added that the government is working on training doctors and paramedical staff regarding Covid-19 in all the provinces as well as in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
