According to a report by The Washington Post, US President Donald Trump downplayed the threat of Covid-19 even though he was briefed about the seriousness of the ongoing pandemic several times in January and February.
The Post says that more than a dozen warnings were given to Trump in classified briefings known as the President's Daily Brief.
