Global Covid-19 case tally tops 3 million

The number of confirmed coronavirus infections has surpassed 3 million worldwide, according to a Reuters tally.

The global death toll from Covid-19 has crossed 207,000, while more than 876,000 have recovered from the disease, according to Johns Hopkins University.
