KP reports 167 new cases, 4 deaths

167 new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, taking the provincial tally to 1,708, according to the KP health department.

The province also reported four new deaths, all of them in Peshawar. KP's death toll from the virus now stands at 89.

This is the biggest single-day rise in the number of confirmed cases in KP "which is concerning", said KP's focal point on coronavirus Zain Raza in a tweet.
