Natural resources exploration stressed

ISLAMABAD, Sept 3: Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz said on Saturday Balochistan was endowed with immense natural resources which needed to be explored at a much faster pace for the benefit of the province and the country.

He was talking to Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Mohammad Yousuf who called on him at Prime Minister’s House, said a press release issued here.

The prime minister said tourism, livestock, mining and agriculture had great potential and the sectors could not only increase economic activity and development in the province but also create job opportunities as well. He reiterated that the federal government was committed to providing more resources for development and prosperity of the province.—APP
