Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan said that the government has increased its testing capacity for Covid-19, adding that it was trying to increase it to 5,000 tests per day.

Speaking to reporters in Abbottabad, the chief minister said: "At the beginning, we had the capacity to conduct only 40 tests, Now we have increased testing to 1,000 per day.

"We will try to increase our capacity to 5,000 tests per day so that we can get a better idea about the coronavirus situation in the province," he said.
