PIA suspends five flights

KARACHI, Sept 2: PIA on Friday announced cancellation of five Fokker flights during the period from September 4 to 12. According to a PIA announcement, the flights will remain suspended during PAF High Mark Exercises restricting the airspace for certain routes and levels.

The flights affected by the suspension are PK 609-610 Peshawar-Lahore-Islamabad-Peshawar from September 4 to 11; PK 601-602 Islamabad-Lahore-Islamabad on September 5, 7 and 12; PK 681-688 Islamabad-Lahore-Islamabad on September 5, 8, 10 and 12; PK 615-616 Islamabad-Dera Ghazi Khan-Lahore-Islamabad on September 6 and 10 and PK 613-614 Islamabad-Bahawalpur-Lahore on September 8.—APP
