The Sindh police chief has directed all DIGs and SSPs across the province to task their welfare officers with ensuring that tests are carried out of all family members of the police personnel who test positive for the coronavirus as well as their colleagues who perform duties with them.
A communique sent to police officers said the reports of all Covid-19 tests conducted of police personnel and their families should be sent to a focal person appointed by the AIGP welfare.
