A special Saudi Arabian Airlines flight has repatriated 254 Pakistani Umrah pilgrims from Jeddah to Lahore, a press release issued by the Pakistani consulate in Jeddah said.

A second flight carrying the rest of the 474 Pakistani pilgrims who were stranded in Saudi Arabia will leave from Jeddah for Multan tomorrow.

The Pakistani ambassador expressed gratitude to King Salman, Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman and the Saudi government "for the hospitality and special treatment extended to these Pakistani Umrah pilgrims".
