The government has launched the Covid-19 Care for Media mobile application so that journalists can instantly report coronavirus cases.
According to a press release, the app can also be used by both journalists and other people to stay updated about the pandemic.
"Media professionals can report Covid-19 cases through in-built app SMS service, it gives an option to call on a toll free number as well," the press release states.
