55 cases emerge in Punjab

According to Punjab Chief Minister Sardar, another 55 cases have emerged in the province, taking the total to 2,279.

In a tweet, the chief explained that 701 patients were Zaireens currently housed in quarantines in Dera Ghazi Khan, Multan and Faisalabad, 696 were Tableeghi Jamaat members and 70 were inmates. The remaining 803 cases were reported in citizens from across the province, he added.
