Punjab's Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department has reported 58 new cases, taking the provincial total to 2,224.
According to the department, 10 of the new cases have been reported among prisoners. There has also been one more death, taking the total number of Covid-19 deaths in the province to 18.
The national tally of cases is now at 4,474.
