The Sindh government's Education and Literacy Department has issued a notification directing all private schools to reduce their fees for the months of April and May by at least 20 per cent.
According to the notification, the step is being taken to "provide relief to parents affected by the lockdown in the current pandemic." The government has also set up a complaint cell for parents in case the private schools do not comply with the directive.
