PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif will provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to doctors, nurses and medical staff, party spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb said in a statement.
"The situation at hand demands that we ensure the protection of doctors, nurses and medical staff," Sharif said. "Doctors are our frontline soldiers."
