KARACHI, Aug 29: The NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, will hold entry tests for the session 2005-06 on Sept 25. An announcement on Monday said that the test would be held at 10am at the varsity campus.

It said that the admission tests would be for the bachelor courses of engineering, computer science, information technology and architecture. Only successful candidates would be considered eligible for admissions.

Meanwhile, the application forms will be available from Sept 1 at the National Bank’s NED University Branch on payment of Rs500.

It was also pointed out that foreigners, overseas Pakistanis and those abroad on the date of the test may take SAT-I (minimum 800 marks) and SAT-II (minimum 1,500 marks) with physics, chemistry and mathematics in lieu of the test.—APP
