Balochistan's Inspector General of Prisons in an order issued today has directed the release of 78 prisoners from jails across the province in an effort to stop the spread of coronavirus.
He said that the decision had been made after Chief Minister Jam Kamal said prisoners who had two months or less time remaining in their prison sentences should be released.
