SHEIKHUPURA, Aug 28: Opposition parties, including the PML-N, the PPP and MMA, have decided to field joint candidates for the district and tehsil nazims’ slots under the banner of the Ittehad Group.

For this purpose, a committee comprising four members — Chaudhry Altaf Virk, Mian Javaid Latif, Amjad Nazir Butt and Rana Tohfa Dastageer, has been constituted.— Correspondent
