KARACHI: Protest demo

KARACHI, Aug 27: Students of the University of Karachi on Saturday staged a protest demonstration in KU against the establishment of the Aga Khan University Examination Board (AKUEB) and changes in curriculum by the education ministry.

Speaking on the occasion, the nazim of Islami Jamiat Talba, KU said after the statement of US secretary of state regarding the curriculum it was evident that the establishment of AKUEB, proposed changes in the curriculum were aimed to appease the United States government. — PPI
