MIRPURKHAS, Aug 23: Four nazims elected on the Awam Dost Panel in Mirpurkhas district have announced to support the Khushhal Pakistan Panel at a meeting with Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim on Monday.

Reliable sources said that Mir Ali Mohammad Talpur, nazim elected from the ADP for the union council, Digri, Mohammad Mir Fazlullah Talpur, nazim, Tando Jan Mohammad, Choudhry Alamgir, nazim, Paban union council, and Chaudhry Ehsanul Haq, nazim, union council, Mirwah Gorchani, met with Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim and announced their support for the Khushhal Pakistan Panel.

When contacted, Chaudhry Ehsanul Haq, nazim, Mirwah Gorchani union council confirmed that they had met with the Sindh chief minister and announced their support to the KPP. However, he clarified that they did not join the PML.

BALLOT PAPERS: A book of ballot papers for nazim’s seat was found from the polling station No.1, Government Girls Primary School, Jhuddo, on Tuesday.

Reports said that Tasleem Baloch, headmistress of the Government Girls Primary School, Jhuddo, saw a book of ballot papers for nazim in the premises of the school and informed the Jhuddo police who immediately seized it.

The book contains ballot papers from serial number 319401 to 319500.

The Jhuddo police have informed the district returning officer Mirpurkhas, the DPO and the DIG, Mirpurkhas, about recovery of the ballot papers book.

SPSWA: New membership of the Sindh Paramedical Staff Welfare Association will start from Nov 30 throughout Sindh.

This was announced by Nazeer Ahmed Detho, president, Sindh Paramedical Staff Welfare Association, while talking to delegations of the association from different districts here on Tuesday.

BISE: Written test for filling the vacant posts in the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Mirpurkhas, will be held on Aug 28, at 10am, in which only those candidates would appear who had submitted their applications within due date.

According to a press release issued here on Tuesday, the written test will be held at the Government Shah Waliullah High School, APWA Girls High School, Government Comprehensive Higher Secondary School, Government Boys High School, Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Bhansinghabad, and Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Bhansinghabad.

Letters had been issued to the candidates for the test. However, those who did not receive their letters for appearing in test could appear in the test by showing receipts for submitting applications. Candidates have been asked to bring their national identity cards with them.
