ISLAMABAD, Aug 18: The European Union is in the process of analyzing data with regard to imposition of anti-dumping duty on Pakistani bedlinen. A clarification issued by the European Commission office in Islamabad on Thursday stated that it was not possible to finalize the decision of anti-dumping duty on bedlinen by the end of this month.

“We envisage preliminary results not before mid-September,” added the clarification. It is not possible to make any forecast on the findings at this point in time. Moreover, the 13.1 per cent duty is the one in force and currently under review, it pointed out.
