BAHAWALNAGAR: A 23-year-old woman was set ablaze allegedly by her former husband in Chishtian on Friday.
Shehnaz Bibi was married to Shahzad Ali some two years ago. Two months ago, she got divorced from her husband and started to live with her sister.
On Friday, when she was returning home from fields, Shahzad along with three accomplices threw patrol on her and set her ablaze.
The police rushed the victim to the THQ Hospital, Chishtian.
