KARACHI: KBCA campaign

KARACHI, Aug 12: The Karachi Building Control Authority, on Friday started white wash and cleaning of various buildings on M.A. Jinnah Road, Sharea Faisal, Abdullah Haroon Road and Zaibunnisa Street.

The task has been undertaken in the light of the directives of Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan.

He had issued the directives to KBCA Chief Brig (retd) A.S. Nasir in this regard as part of his commitment to beautify the city.

Under the formal beautification and cleaning drive, the buildings taken in hand are 4-storeyed Opel House at M.A. Jinnah Road, 6-storeyed Burhani Chamber at Abdullah Haroon Road besides the multi-storeyed Shaheen Tower, Ambar Pride, Shaheen View etc on Sharea Faisal. — APP
