DERA GHAZI KHAN, Jan 15: At least 52 offices of the banned militant groups were sealed in four districts of Dera Ghazi Khan division while 38 activists were arrested after the ban.

Sources said the police sealed 11 offices of the Sipah-i- Sahaba, nine of the Tehrik-i-Jaferia, 13 of the Lashkar-i-Tayyaba and nine offices of the Jaish-i-Muhammad.

The local police DIG, Anwar Pasha, told police officers during the meeting of crime control committee that investigation wing and watch and ward wings would function independently in near future.
